Personal training is available from East Sussex National, Uckfield, East Sussex.

 

Biomechanics coaching is at the heart of my practice. We need to move often, but we also need to move WELL. My experience in teaching mobility, Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga allows me to coach you to move well and get the most out of your exercise, integrating the whole body and core. My attendance of CPD courses and webinars with Burrell Education, The Frankiln Method and other great movement coaches, has had a profound effect on my teaching methods and understanding of the body and human movement. I want you to live a pain free life, so you can continue to do all the things that you love.

 

 

I firmly believe that we all have the ability to be the best versions of ourselves, and understand some might need support in reaching their potential- that's where I come in! I take a holistic approach to fitness- it's not about restriction, burpees, diet shakes and rapid weight loss. In fact in a world where we are overfed and undernourished, I often look at what we you need to add in, not take out. Health and wellness to me means getting our lifestyle in check- including diet, sleep, hormones, stress, exercise. We will look at it all to build a bigger picture. 

 

When we start putting ourselves first, showing up for ourselves and moving well, the benefits and feelings we get from this are the biggest motivator to finally adhere to our exercise regime.

I have trained with the highly acclaimed Burrell Education in Advanced Postnatal Exercise and Wellness and able to support, educate and empower pre and postnatal women to make informed choices about their own fitness, health and wellbeing and help guide them in their return to fitness. with pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. I have a special interest in peri and post menopause and and have supported many women during this phase of their life.
