Nicola at Elgar Fitness is amazing, as someone who dreads exercise she has really encouraged me and I enjoy our virtual PT sessions with someone I can now call a lovely friend. Her new core class was fabulous, it complimented my workouts with her and I certainly learnt a lot about my core and how important it is to build it up! Previously I would get an aching back and neck because I was doing things so wrong. I am now doing it properly (I hope!) and can definitely notice a difference in flexibility, strength and posture. For anyone wanting to improve their fitness and core strength I couldn't recommend Nicola highly enough. I have just completed my 6th PT session with her and have not only achieved a 3.62kg weight loss but an amazing 6cms from my hips alone!
Nicola has a great understanding of the importance of core strength and has the ability to explain how to engage the core muscles (which I hadn't realised I possessed). Not only are her sessions motivating but also very informative as she has been able to advise me on nutrition as well as exercise.
